Innovotech is hiring several smart software engineers for our exciting new project! This is the perfect opportunity for a smart software engineer with at least 3+ year’s experience developing elegant and scalable solutions.
Who are you? 你是誰?
You are smart and geeky in a non-scary way.
You write simple and elegant code in a variety of languages.
You take the world as a large piece of puzzle waiting to be solved.
You love tacking scaling issues.
You are passionate about learning new languages and frameworks.
You might happen to have experiences in Ruby, Python, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascripts (JQuery) and MVC frameworks such as Django although we simply like to hire smart engineers so previous experience in our stack is not essential.
You are a bit bored at your current work and spend too much time on IM, Facebook and Wretch.
你是個天才，人卻很好相處。
你可以用多種程式語言寫出簡單並且優雅的code。
你覺得世界本身就是個超大型謎題，正在等著你來解答。
你熱愛處理規模化擴充性所衍生的開發問題。
你對學習新語言以及新架構有極高的熱情。
你或許剛好有 Python, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascripts (JQuery) 以及MVC架構例如 Django，但是只要你是個天資過人的工程師，這些經驗不是必要條件。

Great company starts with great people! This is a unique and exciting time to join us! Innovotech is founded by a group of serial entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the digital media & eCommerce space. Our latest project focuses on technologies that drive the “big data” trend to develop the next generation consumer shopping engine.
What are we like? 我們的做事風格?
We are not a startup sweat shop. Our office is largely empty by 6pm. We work smart not hard. We have lots of free snacks and drinks. We embrace lean startup and support agile development environment (SCRUM & Kanban Hybrid). We know exactly what we are looking for in every person we hire. We are really really good at attracting amazing people to work with us.
